Toll free access to ECG's Order Fulfillment Center allows your customers to contact ECG directly and place an order. Each customer is asked for the Product Number (same as your Agent ID Number) associated with their call. Once the order has been Third Party Verified, (TPV'd) a verification of the order will be emailed to you. After one business day, you will be able to track the provisioning of your customers' by accessing the Single Account Look-Up found under REPORTING on the ECG Agent Extranet.
